Delo, Yenisei Capital, Freight One to compete for TransContainer

MOSCOW, Nov 25 (PRIME) -- Delo Group of businessman Sergei Shishkaryov, Yenisei Capital of tycoons Alexander Abramov and Roman Abramovich, and Freight One, part of businessman Vladimir Lisin’s Fletcher Group, have bid for 50% plus two shares in railway container firm TransContainer on Wednesday, VTB Capital, the sale’s organizer, said on Monday.

The starting price for the asset, whose current owner is Russian Railways, was set at 36.159 billion rubles. The Federal Antimonopoly Service previously cleared bids of the three contenders.

Yenisei capital already holds 24.5051% in TransContainer.
